Amal Clooney
Amal Clooney born Amal Ramzi Alamuddin. She is an English-Lebanese barrister, human rights activist and philanthropist. A graduate of Oxford University School of Law and New York University School of Law has achieved international recognition in her professional career and for her achievements in International human rights laws. Her notable clients include the nation of Armenia who is battling the Turkish government over the acknowledgement and apology for the Armenian Genocide. Amal Clooney married American actor George Clooney and became a famous name in popular culture in the year 2014. Prior to her marriage, she was admired and well-known in legal circles due to her accomplishments and ability to represent clients. Her expertise ranges from social justice issues and human rights, to representing multinational companies during negotiations or court cases regarding government regulations.
